Selfish distraction

OK, Sophs was really messed up last night.  I got in at about 1am.  She had been crying before I got there.  It’s still not 100% clear, but I think her parents may be getting a divorce.  Now I don’t know whether I should tell her or not.  I did speak to her about the email, to try to change the subject.  She thinks I should just leave it alone.  Says people send emails out online all the time and it’s not like I had any information to give the police.  Plus they are in a different country.  I guess she’s right.

I’ve never seen her like that before.  Sophs has always been the rock in my life.  From as far back as I can remember she’s always been there for me to talk to, for me to rely on.  I guess letting her in now may help her get distracted.  Or am I just being selfish?  Should I tell her about you Mike?

Almost missed the train today, and to top it off the stupid driver over shot the normal stopping point at the platform.  Way to screw up passenger distribution idiot!  I guess he was having a bad day too.

I’ve decided, tomorrow I will tell Sophs.
